Responsibilities for Customer Service Executive (Email/Chat Support) -
Handle calls and emails from corporate clients regarding business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals and visa assistance
Provide travel solutions based on company policies, cost-effectiveness and traveler preferences
Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds and re-bookings as per client requests
Coordinate with airlines, hotels and travel vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences
Address and resolve travel-related issues such as missed flights, booking errors or emergency travel needs
Maintain and update customer travel profiles and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies
Work with internal teams to provide customized travel solutions for high-value clients
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies and travel regulations.
Responsibilities for Senior Executive -
Review financial transactions, emails, and case queues to ensure timely and accurate processing in line with organizational accounting policies
Provide constructive, data-backed performance feedback to F&A associates based on audit findings, monitoring results and compliance assessments
Prepare and deliver precise and timely finance quality reports, including error trend analysis, compliance metrics and audit summaries for leadership teams
Investigate and document root causes for financial discrepancies, errors and escalations, maintaining a detailed analysis log aligned with audit trails and feedback mechanisms
Participate in regular calibration, audit alignment, and quality review sessions to maintain consistency
Support development of process improvement and innovation strategies for client business.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 - 29,400 and for senior executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
