Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes

Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures

Drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives where applicable.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer support executive and chat process posts, the payable salary will be Rs 24,160 per month approximately.
