Responsibilities of Customer On-boarding Specialist - 


Supporting day-to-day activities in SAP ATLAS tool with less or no supervision

Expertise in identifying potential risks in the process/ data and implementing mitigation strategies to resolve impact

Working with cross functional teams, multiple stakeholders and ensure process efficiency

Preparing and sharing status report/ communication to internal and external stakeholders

Analyze complex data and make data driven decisions to optimize the process.

Responsibilities for Process Associate (Back Office) - 

Customer support to international customers over call for voice process

Administering and helping to manage client's product support for the customers who call/ chat or email

Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines

make outbound calls when necessary as part of content moderation

Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer on-boarding specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 and for process associate (back office) post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,250 per month approximately.
