Responsibilities for Content Uploader -
Fill course level details from the university websites for a certain number of courses on a daily basis
Complete the set number of courses in order to achieve their weekly/ monthly targets
Ensure hat the data is sourced correctly and not miss any relevant data which may be available on the university site
Maintain an average quality score of 95% or above
Demonstrate a positive and team oriented mindset by actively participating in team discussions and contributing to collective goals.
Responsibilities for Proposal Graphic Designer -
Create and develop original graphics, illustrations and layout for proposals, presentations and other sales materials
Ensure all designs are consistent with UpGrad's brand guidelines and standards
Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver high quality design solutions
Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve design/ content
Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future needs.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For content uploader post, the payable salary will be Rs 31,500 and for proposal graphic designer post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,000 per month approximately.
