Responsibilities for Advisor Voice Process -
Manage all customer interactions
Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer

Ensure update of product, system and process
Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
Manage outbound campaigns as per business requirement

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For data entry operator post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 and for advisor voice post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 per month approximately.
