Job Location for Tech Mahindra Recruitment 2024 -
For customer support executive post, the job location will be Ambattur and for process trainer, content moderator posts, the job location will be Noida. Responsibilities for Customer Support Executive -
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Responsibilities for Functional Consultant -
Responsible for goals configuration, employee review, talent and careers etc.
Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and tenant build, bug fix support and report creation
Responsibilities for Content Moderator -
Responsible for the content safety of video products, ensuring their legal compliance
Coordinating with supervising departments to deal with content violating community and regulations promptly and update operation standards
Reviewing videos/ contents/ complaints/ legal notices received from the end
Reviewing/ updating content on platforms.
Responsibilities of Process Trainer -
Plan, develop and facilitate internal training for new and existing personnel
Provide support to the training manager in establishing, measuring and monitoring key training metrics
Provide constructive coaching and feedback to associates
Training effectively and efficiently
Design and evaluate training and performance interventions
Identify performance gaps, causes of performance gaps and provide solutions to the training and production teams
Actively monitor calls by listening to the agents calls and share required feedback
Maintain familiarity with standard operating procedures and have a thorough understanding of operations and the quality assurance process
Publish daily/ weekly/ monthly reports to stakeholders
Maintain historical data for the associates trained.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For content moderator, process trainer posts, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 - 35,400, for customer support executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 24,160 and for functional consultant post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
