Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Email and social media

Solving customer queries on chat related to phone bill and network related issues

Educate current and potential customers with product and service information

Maintain accurate customer records

Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team leader and operations team

Actively participate in team meetings

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Provide Knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer support executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,500 and for international customer service representative posts, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 - 34,200 per month approximately.
