Responsibilities for Assistant Manager -
Plan, implement and manage a comprehensive advertising and marketing program for the brand X companies resulting in planned ad revenues
Developing advertising strategies to increase brand's interest in products or services
Measuring the results of advertising campaigns to determine their effectiveness and continuously improve the same
Closely work with stakeholders and identify new strategies to maximize brand visibility and build new assets for monetization/ brand growth
Sourcing advertisements from brands with detailed monthly/ quarterly plans.
Responsibilities of Content Executive -
Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies to drive engagement and follower growth

Work closely with the creative team, including editors, anchors and writers to ensure the seamless execution of video projects

Incorporate feedback from the team to refine video content and meet project objectives effectively.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For assistant manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 58,300, for content executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,800 and for junior content creator post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,300 per month approximately.
