Responsibilities for City Lead -
Scale 10x supplier acquisition of respective city or cities
Scale Meesho penetration into respective supply hubs or offline hubs within or around the city
Mentor, motivate and provide direction to a team of business development executives on Meesho's values and principles across your team
Work with central teams to ensure best selection, affordable prices and high discovery on the platform
Develop robust processes for smooth execution of all criteria
Compile and evaluate metrics of suppliers across city in terms of various supplier metrics like order activation, dispatch, deliveries
Collaborate with the regional manager on getting 10x achievement.
Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Coordinator -
Collaborate with all stakeholders through strong candidate/ employee/ alumni orientation
Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates while ensuring good candidate experience
Coordinating for the end-to-end interview process
Managing virtual interview drives and events
Creating job posts, assisting with screening of resumes and applications
Communicating effective feedback to the candidates
Preparation of reports and dashboards, updating data as and when needed.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For City Lead post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,300 and for talent acquisition coordinator post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 per month approximately.
