Responsibilities -
Work with payroll subject matter experts and process engineering teams to gain an understanding of policies, processes and legislative changes
Update tracking log with relevant information and impacted clients
Work with cross -functional team members to create a collaborative approach to executing audit strategy
Manage security incidents and ensure that mitigating controls are in place, actioned by its owners
Clearly document audit outcomes and recommendations, timelines for corrective actions if needed and perform related follow-up
Ensure process documentation is updated appropriately, partner with knowledge management and process engineering teams for updates and improvements as required
Communicate monthly status to key stakeholders
Provide trainings as needed for legal and regulatory controls and payroll operational compliance.
