Responsibilities for Customer Care Executives/ International Voice Process -
Responsible for providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues
Interacting with internal and external clients
Work on daily inventory towards cases related to merchant services as well as management of mailbox to ensure all requests are actioned in a timely manner
Creation of case on the relevant tools, maintenance of trackers and files for the team
Keep a close eye on gaps and recommend solutions to plug them
Manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently while working under stringent timelines.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer care executive and international voice process posts, the payable salary will be Rs 31,200 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
