Responsibilities -
Shadow CEO consistently and act as a sounding pad, close action loops and take ops off his plate
Help manage CEO communication on Slack, Email, LinkedIn and Whats-app business
Provide articulate feedback on leadership teams ideas/ proposals an help keep them accountable for results
Access queries/ problems/ ideas/ roadblocks directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the right individual/ team of completion
Enhance CEO communication in all hands, leadership meetings and quarterly kickoffs
Identify, investigate and solve cross-department issues
