Responsibilities for Associate Manager -
Acquisition of NTB Savings account customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment area
Ensure acquisition of high quality savings accounts in terms of product mix, segments and construction mix
Proactive registration and activation of acquired customers to direct banking channels
Meet and exceed the define targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer
On-boarding and activating customers on digital platforms
Assist and support the sales manager in catchment mapping and scoping exercise
Provide regular feedback to SM/ RM on opportunities and customer needs
Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization
Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
Ensure the quality sourcing in the link with Bank's policy.
Responsibilities for PMO Lead -
Leading a team of project managers and coordinators and proving guidance and mentoring
Developing project management processes, procedures and policies to be implemented across the organization
Ensuring compliance with project management standards and best practices
Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and resource plans
Establishing and tracking project metrics and KPIs
Monitoring and reporting on project progress and risks to stakeholders
Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders and sponsors
Facilitating project status meetings and preparing status reports for senior management
Preparing and presenting project proposals, business cases and project charters to gain approval from stakeholders.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For associate manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,400 - 47,500 and for PMO lead post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
