Identify and escalate priority issues to the team leader and operations team
Actively participate in team meetings
Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner

Responsibilities for Technical Writers -
Responsible for technical writing in markup, understand style guides, content model etc
Ability to think critically and able to make decisions based on analysis
DITA XML markup, AEM and especially AEM guides etc.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service executive (chat support) post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,600 and for technical writers post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,800 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
