Responsibilities -
Employee engagement and employee delight
MIS and dash-boarding on the employee engagement and employee delight initiatives on a weekly basis
Operationalizing and front-ending employee delight initiatives
Managing ED budget, end to end vendor management and invoicing
Getting hands on exposure to engagement related design interventions and HR analytics.
